SilentSwarm in one paragraph

SilentSwarm is software from NexPatch AI UG in Leipzig, Germany. It joins ordinary computers so that together they serve and fine-tune open language models none of them could hold alone, on hardware their owners control. It is in pre-evaluation: the source code is not public, and the company is looking for companies, institutions and individuals who want to try it.

The facts

Name
SilentSwarm, one word. It is not connected with the US Navy exercise of a similar name.
Made by
NexPatch AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Neumarkt 31, 04109 Leipzig, Germany. Managing director: Fabian Franz.
Status
Pre-evaluation. The source code is not public, so please do not call it open source. Terms are agreed during the evaluation.
Measured
Qwen3-14B in 4-bit, split across two home PCs with four cards of 4 and 6 GB: 3.3 tokens per second for one user, 11.6 in total for eight users at once. These are small samples on old cards. The benchmark page has the method and the limits.
Limits
If a model fits on one machine, a single-machine tool is faster. Nobody outside has audited it yet. The data and security page says what is not built.
