Administration (admin only)

The Administration group in the sidebar - All pools, Users, Audit log. Each is a top-level link, revealed only for admin accounts; there is no admin dropdown to open.

Users — /admin/users

Manage every account on the leader.

  • Email status — whether SMTP is configured. When disabled, verification/approval/reset mails are skipped and password resets fall back to one‑time links. Send test email verifies the SMTP setup.
  • User table — search and filter by status/role. Each row shows email, name, role, status, pool counts, node count, registration, and last login, with per‑user actions: Edit, Reset PW, approve/deactivate, resend verification, delete. Invite user creates an account and emails (or shows) a set‑password link. Audit log jumps to the log below.
  • Role limits — per‑role quotas for pools, nodes per pool, buckets, and storage (GB). Leave a field blank for unlimited; Save per row.

Audit log

A chronological, filterable record of security‑ and account‑relevant events — logins, user and pool changes, invites, role edits, and node lifecycle actions — with actor, action, target, and timestamp. Use it to review who did what, and when.
